Windows Compiler for C program with .c

Is there any complier for windows to compile a C program written for linux machine and that has a .c extension?

What do you mean by "written for Linux machine"? Specifiy it more clearly. What kind of unix specific libraries you are using that's making it not portable to any generic windows c compiler? Or is it a hardware driver with specific requirements?

Some of the dependencies are:

#include <sys/socket.h>
#include <arpa/inet.h>
#include <unistd.h>

It's not hardware or driver specific. Rather it has some network functions. The code is already written for compiling in unix machine. I need to turn it windows compatible.
