lol, now html is bringing out the poet in your heart. Quantumcloud does not have any poem though in the main site. Except for in the download-wallpaper section, which is only about my 3d works. Sort of personal. Yes, I hope you get flash or dreamweaver soon enough.

Yes, you will have to type the whole book. Naturally, you need to convert the printed material first into digital format. Then you put them into html tags to have them in the proper layout. One word of caution though, you should not try to upload any book or article without propoer authorization from the author. You will get into copyright trouble.

It's very easy payel. Just follow the instructions carefully, that'll do for you. If there is anything specific you do not understand then ask us. Otherwise it's pretty simple. They designed the service for non-professionals. So just look carefully what they are asking you to do.

Quan, can I not make my site and use that over online? Hooo! Do I have to host a site or so from those site ho!! Quan can I make site only with html and use that like any other site? Ho! Tell me because I really want to make one before my summer vacation ends and go on with that. More questions later on. Now done. Quan, one question, how can I make links that will take me to the top of my front page or any page or on that and also to the bottom of that same place. I had been learning the href links but all those are only for another page, making them as lastpage.htm . Can I make fristpage.htm hoo!!! Or so on. I did but nothing happens, things work as before that mean my formula is wrong

Yes, you will need to host your site if you want to browse it online! Get your geocities account activated. Then you can upload your site from your computer to internet.
To go to places within the same page use <a name tag. Instead of <a href
Mark the place you want to jump to like this:

again with web design.
i really want to go on doing it but confuse where to start it from.
just to tell you, one of my classmate should be here to get some help, she is chinese, an excellent student, she has this class but i don't. she should be here as she needs.
now my question,
quan how to make those frame thing, i tried many times, but for one time, the window shut down without taking my help and other time, shows no face of it at all.
so, quan what should i do with that?
here all these:

How to mix a frameset in rows and columns
How to create a navigation frame
Inline frame (a frame inside an HTML page)

one more thing quan, let say, i want to make a page within the same page and write in that page and go to it by clicking from main page? how should i do it.
it is the same thing we do here, like from main page, we enter into a forum just by clicking on the name of it on main page. how do you all do this?

Hi Payel,
Good to see you again.
Now it is not only okay, we will all be really greatful to you if you introduce some new members here who really want to learn and have a lot of interest in web design, multimedia, or programming. So advanced thanks to you for the effort.
In the related question, we don't really mind if someone tries to make the news of this forum known to other people. The more members the better it is. Because we can share a better amount of knowledge among us. My only request is that do not do it in a way that'd annoy people. Like sending unsolicited emails. Otherwise it is fine. If the people in your mailing list agree to receive email from you, that is really great.
Now the frame questions are totally different topics. I think, I will start two new threads on these issues.

Well, I do not know why you posted those questions about how to use frames in specific cases. Because where you copied those questions from has the answers to them already. Why would you want to make me the useless effort of writing answers to what has been already answered? Please ask only questions that really bothers you.

The explorer windows having shut down has no relationship with the frameset code or how frameset works. That's a seperate problem.
What do you mean by shut down? The explorer window closes? My guess is that your cache is full. Delete the IE's cache. Go to Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files. Also delete all the cookies. Then try again. If that does not fix the problem, post the code here exactly that you used. _________________

yes, quan it is fine now but inside those frame thing, they display "cannot fine page" i don't understand that thing though.
can you tell me how should i write inside those frame thing. i will find it later maybe right.

Cannot find page means you did not put the right path information in the frameset code. From now on please always post the code you are having problem with. Otherwise we cannot test it and see what's wrong with it. _________________

quan let me give you the first good news, i just hosted a free web page. isn't it a great new??? i mean i was looking for it and now i have it. i am so happy really. i hope to know how to use it soon.
