Hi,
I checked your site before. But when I tried to get into the site again today I could not get past the loading part. It was stuck at 17% for some reason. Could be my connection at fault. But the bottom line is with a all in flash site this is a disadvantage. You are forcing the user to have a plug in no matter what and it appears that this plug in can be unreliable. For any other purpose, this would be quite okay I guess. But with a ecommerce site? For such a critical site the basic things should be able to work with all versions and kinds of browsers. Then you can use flash to enhance the experience. That's my opinion.
2ndly, what dude said is true enough. 1st time around I too was unable to complete the buying process. And, I AM an advanced net user, if you allow me to say so.

I myself have taken part in creating numerous flash or php and dtatabse driven sites. This indicates that the site is not user friendly. From my memory; the buttons' placements were confusing. I had to hunt for figuring out what to click next. And buttons' titles and descriptions were not helipng much in my hunt either. The entire process needs to be streamlined and consistent. Another thing I remember vaguely is that, the shopping cart's cost estimate needed some innovation from users' part. Well...can't tell you what exactly right now. May be, when I am able to access your site later!
