Can anyone tell me how to do this, i need help urgently

You have been commissioned by a client to create a system for keeping track of expenses and purchases in Visual Basic 6.0 and MS Access 97 and to provide an associated small web site. The system needs to run under both Windows NT and Windows 2000. The budget available is £2,000.

As part of the project they also want you to provide a two page (only) dynamic web site for the system on their PHP-enabled web server. Page one (the home page) will be your company details – page two will be help details for / description of the system. Both pages must be PHP pages. Include a date function on each page. (No database access or other dynamic functionality in the two web pages is required). The pages must demonstrate hypertext links between the two pages

The system should allow the user to type in amounts and associated text describing the expense and the totals should be accumulated and displayed. The data should be stored in a database. For example data for one row might contain:- £50, Book, Vb For Students, 13/7/04. Another might be £5, Travel, Tube Ticket, 14/7/04. There should be a screen that displays the data. Pass grades can be obtained for a simple system that doesn’t update the database – better grades can be obtained by having a fully working system that inserts. You should use either option buttons/list or combo boxes to indicate type of expense (Book or Travel in the example above). All normal windows standards should be adhered to and you should use the techniques taught in the course for data access eg ADO data control.

First of all I like to give you a lecture that is you must read the books that provide from the college or university and look again your lectures sheets.

Now let's come to the second part. Web-design and application developement has no relation between. so, develop webpage according to your feelings. If you don't know PHP then search google for basic php guide. I think that will enough to do your web requirments. TO test that you need to get apache. Get apache from www.apache.org

Then develop the application with VB 6 or VB.NET use access database in back end. Connect it through ADO control and after that you've to my yourself.

Your application program description seems a easy one. So, what sorts of help do you require to know! You better start your work, and then ask about particular action.

And do you like to get an application that is integrated web with vb app?
