I see that most people are little confused about it. They think that even if google starts doing that it will not be very good. This may be true. Considering that Flash websites are mostly about animation, multimedia gimmick than text information. So even when Google can read and index Flash files there is not much to index anyway! As the google guy says:

I think, it might be a good idea for webmasters to offer an HTML version of their Flash site, if they must use Flash. What do you think?
