I will make a more detailed announcement later perhaps. In short, we need someone with:
1. True and honest enthusiasm in web development.
Web development = Web design + PHP and or Javascript Scripting ability + Basic knowledge on MYSQL and database design.
2. The capacity and knowledge of developing professional looking websites.
3. Deep knowledge and creativity with Macromedia Flash. Knowledge in action script is preferable but we can do without. Efficiency in Cartoon animation with Flash would be an added bonus also.
4. Can handle photoshop
5. Enthusiasm to work hard with a dedicated team to make the world wide web (specially the bangali part) look better.
If you are very good at web design and flash development, we can do away with the programming part. We understand that most designers are not awfully good at programming.
The employment opportunity is for only people living in Dhaka, Bangladesh of course. Since you will need to come to the office time to time.
We will consider for both
Full time and Part time jobs. If you are good, we are flexible.
