Normally phpbb does not support file upload. It may be possible to add the feature. But I am reluctant to do that. It will very likely be abused. It will use a lot of bandwidth. Quantumcloud already exhausts over 5gigs of bandwidth per month. And as you must notice, this site is not heavy on image or flash. Bandwidth is the most costly commodity in web hosting. Soon we are hoping to start some open source project. Then we might consider adding this feature for selective members.
