I need advanced mailing list and it should be opensource any one experienced with a good one?

What are the primary features you are looking for? You mean a newsletter script, right? The option to subscribe and unsubscribe, then mass email. What are the other features required?

subscribe with Backend admin pannel with mysql database.

hmm...If it did not have to be Mysql based or needed an admin panel I could give you a very simple flat file subscribe unscribe form script. For those advanced fetuares you really need something that took some time to develop. Check out here and pick any free one that you like:
