Hi laxy_m,
Nice website. I really like the design. Professional looking, easy navigation, lots of care to the details. You have done a good job. Now, search engines, specially google has the capability read the swf files to some extent. I think, so far they managed to read the texts inside the swf files. More than that what you can do to optimize your flash files is dubious. But since your main website is not entirely flash based, I think, you really don't need to worry about that. You have paid good attentions to the title tags and on-page keywords. That will help you immensely. The next important thing to do is get as many backlinks as possible from other websites with your targeted keywords.
Now this mat or may not apply to you, but I suggest this trick to someone who has the entire web page in flash. Of course, you should put the right keywords in the html title, since that has nothing to do with flash. The problem is with a page that has no html/text otherwise is that you have no where to put lengthy texts with your keywords. That's a big problem. Normally when you publish your flash movie as html from Macromedia Flash, it generates the text inside the movie in the form of html tag. Like this
<!--
comments........
//-->
This is not good enough. Because search engines do not put much weight on html comments. So my remedy is that you put your keywords inside the <noscript> tag. Texts inside the <noscript> get very high visibility. Although, this would make your page look bad to some people who has their javascript turned off. But I think, that number would be very low.
//Topic moved to the web solution forum, since this is mostly an SEO question.
