Wow that's an awesome configuration you got there Hasnat.
I personally use two computers.
Pentium-4, 2.4 Ghz with 1 gig RAM. 64 Mb Nvidia GeForce graphics card. Sony CD writer and DVD player etc.
My second one is a Dell Inspiration laptop. _________________

You people have so good computers, I am ashamed to put my computer's configuration here. I feel small. _________________ “You might say reality is the result of complex negotiations between the observer and the observed. But that is simply a point of view…”

You should give honestly your configuration here..cause this is started by you...and everybody shuld give them too...cause if you do not need a high configuration then why should you buy that? Man me is a multimedia developer and clients always want their products as early as possible..thats why we have to buy little higher..but I'm sure that mine is nothing than some of BD Gamer..who are known to me...I was afraid why they have like these..when they are playing only game!!!! _________________ Just Fly With Your Dreams!!!

I didn't get the point of being shame. As far as I know someones IT skills is messured by his/her ability to do the specific job, not by the PC that he/she has. So, I believe having a high-end PC doesn't make any difference in regards of IT skill. I start with mine. For long enough I used a 266Mhz IBM Cyrix later I chose Duron 800Mhz, last year I bought a Celeron 1.7GHz unfortunately, my kid bro took it to his unversity cause he needs to do his Enggineering research works. And at that moment I was unable to buy a new one for him. Right I completely depends on my office PC. Fortunately, Quantum gave me a PIII 450 MHz to use it at my home. So, as you can say I don't have a PC of my own. It has a 10GB harddisk, a Asus 52x CD ROM and a soundcard (don't ask the name...), it has a floopy drive which doesn't work and Monitor get Blur sometimes . I've a Mobile Disk (128 MB), which give me opertunity to work on any PC. I hope that helps.

What the hell! How could you go around telling people that I gave you a crap PC? lol. jk. If I had the ability I would have you a much better one. I know that if anyone would, you could use it. But really I agree that there is nothing to be ashamed of a low configured PC. As Hasnat says, some of his rich friends have all the PC powers in the world but the best thing that they do is play games. What good is that powerful PC then? It's not what you have. It's how you use whatever you have.
Cheers everyone. _________________
