Anyone who is using hotmail should notice that their account storage capacity has been upgraded to 250 MB. Seems like msn/microsoft is finally joinig the mail storage race with Gmail and yahoo. _________________

Seems like so. But I am sticking with gmail. Hotmail has too many advertisements and it takes hourse to load. Gmail is the fastest webmail service I have seen so far. |

May be, it is a random thing. Some people got the upgrades some did'nt yet. MSN did have a big problem with their services a few days ago. _________________ “You might say reality is the result of complex negotiations between the observer and the observed. But that is simply a point of view…”

If normal people could get a real IP and knew how to configure it to send emails, then you and I would be out of business. Besides, the labor we would have to go through just to send and receive emails, would be pointless. It's much easier to just fill up a few forms and set up a hotmail or yahoo account.
And what kind of free domain name available you are talking about? _________________

That we can not tell. For that answer yu have to send a mail to customer service division of "hotmail". I hope they will answer you back and won't ask any money for that

I think, the 250 meg spaces are assigned based on how long the hotmail account has been active. Mine has been active for over 3 years.
Also hotmail is so popular because it is one of the firsts to provide free email services. _________________
