I'm studying how to make a new forum on web, who may helping me? Thank you very much!!!

Tell us your initial plan and how you plan to procede with the project. What language and database you want to use. What is your experience with them so far? Is it gonna be open source or commercial product? How far have you been to till now etc.?

Of course, none of us have any objections. But building a forum from scratch is a tough and lengthy job. I doubt this person will come back. Probably he got busy with some other project. If he does come by we can continue from here.

I'm a first student, I want to know how to discuss on the web, so I think that it's very useful if I make a forum. Consiquently, I've to get some free host, and maybe I will make the forum with MySQL Database.

Nice to hear back from you. First I thought you would want to build a forum from scratch. That'd be a real lengthy process. But if you want to just run a forum and discuss then it's easy. Because there are many free open source forum available that you can just download, install, and customize within an hour. A few most popular such would be:

phpbb: www.phpbb.com
yabbforum: www.yabbforum.com
vbulletin: www.vbulletin.com

Everyone of them is just as good. This forum is based on phpbb. Download a forum and read the installation procedure with it. They are pretty straight forward. If you run into a problem then we are here to help.

quan, it is mad boring just to run what others made to me now? i don't want to copy or run what others did. i want to things by myself and design by myself.
it may take long time still, i want to know how to make not how to copy or install things from site and run them saying mine or add to my site.
it is boring.

there is no fun in it.

i want to learn how to make, do things.
come quan, go into teaching that.
give me the formals and tell me what are the elements and equipments i need to use to make that forum

Exactly...this is not fun...But my meaning is little bit diffrent than you..that, this is not fun to make or code a forum by yourself or anyone. So, At this moment try to install those forum..first learn...the administration option there and then try to edit your forum day by day..as quantum doing with his forum. I repeat..this is not a kid game to make a forum very earlier in your web carrier...cause..I have visited your site and your site has been proven that..you are not able to make a forum by yourself..so calm down and try to use free forum now..because it is very powerful and easy to install...then after a certain time you will understand yourself..is it possible by you or not!!!

of course site is no good, and i know it very well.
and i know it too that i am no expert to run a complext forum either.

i downloaded a software that makes site, and i tried to use it
but it is too boring to use and no good at all for me.
i feel i am doing nothing, and that thing is doing everything.
i feel my hands aren't working.
so, it is simply useless to me and i am not using that software anymore.
i want to do it by my own thoughts and hand, even it takes decaes to done or so.

Okay..I'm telling you something about your these quoted text...Never compare like this way okay....otherwise you have to build your own windows too..cause that is written by others too(Microsoft Corporation). So if we think like that...then we must be out of court and the game will finish. So what I wanted to tell you...first use those forum and get some knowledge from there..like..how forum should be? After that..try to edit there templete and add some new board option(MODS. SKIN, ETC) for your practice. For your kind of information...open source forum always give the permission to edit their scripts..but remember to mention their name on your site. After sometimes when you think that its getting easy to you to manage a forum then try to make your own and ask here..I'm sure who knows to make forum here..they will must help you..when you have some knowledge about it..otherwise it is really tough job!!!
And one thing I didn't mean that your site looks ugly or anything bad..but the beginner level......remember one word all time..everything has a begining..so..begining level doesn't mean that you will never be an expert. So..keep practice and enjoy with it..never look aback.

Well that would be great if you can do it yourself..but I didn't mean tougher when you make that...I just meant when you know nothing about web programming then it is really tough to explain the codes to make a forum...and that is why...I ask you to get some knowledge about forum.

And onething...I don'tknow how to make a forum....but install....cause I have lots of things going on.
