How can I block the IP address of someone I don't like so that he cannot access my website? Is there any easy solution that you people know?

1. from your Webhosts control panel.
2. creat a .htaccess file
in the file use below code with ip

order deny,allow
deny from 203.23.116.11
</Limit>
