Use Firefox Themes and Skins?

Did you know that you can use theme with firefox too? Themes are skins for Firefox, they allow you to change the look and feel of the browser and personalize it to your tastes. A theme can simply change the colors of Firefox or it can change every piece of the browser appearance.

They're okay, Know where I can download a tool to create themes, I'm too lazy to look for one.

Because firefox and it's theme idea is so new, I don't think there is any such tool available yet to create themes easily. At least, I could'nt find any.
