Problems with exe`s using vb.net

I developed an application with vb.net and made it an exe.The problem is that it works on my computer but not on ather computers ,Help.

Because .NET Framework is not installed on the other machine.
To run .net app you must have .net framework installed on the machine.

You can have it by installing the requirments parts of the VS.NET 2003 installation CD
else you can download the framework from microsoft web site.

What about making the application a stand-alone program ?

Yes Its stand alone.
Stand Alone doesn't mean that It don't have minimum dependency.
