Designwise, the site is okay. But nothing outstanding IMHO. For a real estate web site the design needs to be far more elegant so that people would want to spend money. You may want to use more property related graphics. More lively graphics, I might add. Get rid of the white border around the tables. It looks kinda odd.
Now the first thing that comes to mind, you have given more importance to other contents than the real service you provide. The Service, which is supposed to generate money is not distinctive in the navigation or through out the site. It looks just another link in many static articles. I have not registered, so don't really know what it is you are offering inside log in area, but even if I was looking for a home, I don't think, I would feel really compelled to pay up for it. That's another thing. Instead of having to be a registered member you ought to give the users a better glimpse of what is inside without having to register. It took me about three minutes to find a sample of your service. And as I was saying, rearrange the navigation system so The Serivce becomes the main theme of your site. Other links are just added tools. Nothing unique.
Another important factor is perhaps, your current visitors are not really your target audience! I don't know what your target key words are or if you are rangking high enough in the search engines for them. But that is the kind of visitors you are really looking for. Currently your site has low PR and yahoo shows only 17 sites linking to you. So there is certainly much left to be done in terms of SEO.
