There is not much to review. You are obviously still a beginner and there are thousands of things to improve. The graphics is horrible/non existent. The layout is childish. The color choice is awful. That's in a nutshell.
But whatever you have done so far still leaves many things to be done on its own accord. On the top, the logo box shifts left, does not stay in center as you wanted I guess, even when viewed at 1024, not to mention in 1280. The family friendly banner oddly goes out of the box at 1024. The price and search under each prodcut image is not properly aligned to each other. Why is there a search button under product image? The images are badly optimized. For many color images, save them as jpg not gif. The frame and bavel effect is awful too. The html seems to be way too complicated for a simple design as such. Many needles div tags. Perhaps, because you simply downloaded the page from [http://reeds.com/] and tried to customize it.
Dump this layout and try again.
The good news is with practice you can get better. Try to do the design from scratch, you will learn many useful things. All the good lucks.
