How to access database through in internet

Hello all,
I just want to know that we have hosted a few webpages on the internet on test basis. Now to create dynamic webpage I need to access database.
The web hosting company gave me an IP,username and password of MSSQL server.
Now how to get access of that means how to create database/tables there?
Is there any graphical tool for that ? I simply have no idea and new in this.

I know that for mysq, there is phpbb which is a GUI environment to manipulate the database. For mssql, there must be a similar tool. Typically (if you host provides it), you should be able to access that tool from the hosting control panel. If you are using one of the crappy bd hosts, then you may be out of luck. A popular such tool is SQL Server Web Data Administrator from Microsofts Web site.
