Hey onnokaw,
To answer to your questions:
1. No. You can take a software design class without knowing any programming language. The design class will mainly deal with logic, uml etc.
2. Don't know what you mean by cable card.
3. Depends on the particular college. Ask them.
4. You can be a uberkool animator
5. Different universities offer different types of courses. Generally very few universities will offer php as part of the curriculum. But if you go into the csc or cis major you will invariably stumble into many good courses.
6. Depends on what you really want to do. Do you want to get into desktop based software creation or web based? _________________

Afford best design, implement best solution. Outsource your web design.

hi quantum,
thanks for the answers.
few questions again based on your provided information.
won't i learn how to develop or make a software in software lab class.
i thought i would,
what class/subject teach one designing softeare.
about the cable thing, i heard once that you can use online with it, so i was wondering how you do it, you know you use a card or maybe i am wrong...
with java programming you mean i could make animated stuffs you said, then hopefully, i will go into it.
i check our course list, but i saw only 2 webdesign classes, no scrip class as php or CSS or so, but in the discrip of the level 2 of webdesign class, they said that it deals with advance stuffs and script, but did'nt exactly say which one,
tell me which programming class will help me to design software, progamming based on web and software.
that's it..
thanks a lot bro. _________________ ami to pocha gachi

Hi,
I like to drop few lines regarding your choice:
You need to decide what you want to learn actually or what you want to do. You seems distracted. Let me tell you that - to develop a full functional software you need to learn several programming languages. Every language has it's own place and need. In real world, in order to develop an operational business application you need atleast 4/5 application development tools.
But good thing is that everything works based on one single thing which computer operational logic. So, if you understand basic well, you can learn any language in any time. So, you must take fundametal classes first then go for low or high level languages.
Thanks. Best way to understand or learn programming is learning C.
