What will be a better one firewall I can download and use for free, that will come with my windows xp and won't slow it down? :(

If you have some deleted files, from viruses, trojan, etc you can use this software: http://www.amicutilities.com/privacy-guard/ It`s preety good for this!

And about the firewall, use Panda Antivirus, it`s the best!
