I am trying to install this on my computer but the installer is not supported by my OS (win98). On the website it says that it can't install, but it can deploy files with the OS I have. I looked and didn't see any instruction on how to force install or deploy files. Any help?

It seems to me that you are using win98(First edition). I suggest you to install win98 (2nd edition). VC++ 6 works fine under win98 (2nd edition). If you want to force installation in win98 (first edition), you will be asked to update several system core files or need to install aditional services, which is really a bottleneck in Windows. So, better to install win98 (2nd edition).
